About Me
Sabreelyn Villalpando, LPC-A
What's up!
My goal as your therapist is to understand, accept, and empower you in your healing journey. Those who have experienced powerlessness know the debilitating effects it can have on our body and mind. After all, our bodies are our homes. My approach focuses on providing you a safe and non-judgmental space to unpack your experiences, learning to connect with and trust both yourself and others. As you practice new behaviors, healthy attachment patterns, or setting boundaries, my hope is for you to live an authentic life, accepting every version of you.
Although I have experience working with a diverse clientbase, I am passionate about the LGBTQIA+ population and athletes, two populations that tend to seek help the least. As a former gymnast and current weight lifter, I know the toll that athletics can take on our body and mind.
With experience and training in individual, couple, family, group, and play therapy, my goal is to create a safe environment that allows my clients to discover their own strength and realize their capacity for personal and interpersonal growth, while learning to love themselves fiercely and compassionately.
